Thomas was born on August 5, 1998. He has one younger sister born to Shannon and Jill Vissman.

Regina Coeli is Thomas’ home parish. He is a 2017 graduate of Upper Saint Clair High School. In 2021, Thomas graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.

Thomas’ most recent employment was as an Operational Manager and Data Analyst for Medical Outcome Indicators.

In Fall 2022, Thomas was accepted into the priestly formation program to begin pre-theology studies at Saint Paul Seminary and Franciscan University of Steubenville.
